Walter has worked as a software engineer, a systems engineer, and a product owner/product manager. He knows how bad decisions ripple through orgs, how attrition quietly destroys velocity, and how leadership assumptions can be drastically different from what’s really happening.
Walter is also certified in SAFe SPC, SAFe POPM, SAFe SSM, and has a certification in Project Management from Google and is currently on the board of advisors for the Strategic AI Certification program at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs (UCCS).
